About

In 2013 and at the age of 45, I received the shocking diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. The announcement of me having Multiple Sclerosis left me confused with a loss of words. MS is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system. There are four types of multiple sclerosis which, are Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS), Relapsing-Remitting MS (RRMS), Primary-Progressive MS (PPMS), and Secondary-Progressive MS (SPMS). My diagnosis was RRMS, and the MRIs initially displayed eight lesions on my brain, on my spinal cord, the count was six. The lesion counts continued to advance until I made changes to my poor eating habits, began to exercise regularly, and received treatments. The diagnosis of the MonSter ( MS) drastically changed the direction of my life and career goals. I was a nursing student who became a disease fighter with the blink of an eye. The changes to my path further challenged me to empower others, and by doing so, my mission became clear. I will share the tools that will decrease, educate, and actively support the number of humans who are at risk of developing or living with the worldly incurable diseases. Our organization is structured to provide education, support, and promote awareness for the population. We have spent countless hours, days, and years conducting legitimate research on MS, along with many other incurable diseases to discover that the center of attention was our food sources along with the daily consumption, and the lack of physical activities. Poor eating habits have impacted our communities for many years, and this has driven our population into the danger zone of incurable diseases and even death. At eat2livestrong.org, I Stand ready to clean house especially, since I too was a prime candidate with living unhealthy, no physical activities, stress, low self-esteem, alcohol, and poor sleeping habits. It was these reasons that lead my body in the wrong direction, my diagnosis of MS. Our goal is to assist people in building confidence, achieve their weight goals, take control of their life by forming natural healthy eating habits, but more importantly, to share their experiences with others. We will reach out to the communities and offer support to many different causes while continuing to learn and grow. Welcome aboard, and if you have any questions please, feel free to contact us
